Wendi Foe was born albino, a common thing in her family line to have happen, except the albinism is rare and leaves no pigment in the eyes, hair or skin. Basically, her irises are just visible blood cells. She has a little sister also with albinism, a half sister who doesn’t and a half brother who doesn’t. Her mother died of skin cancer when she was about 7 and her dad remarried when she was the age of 8. She doesn’t like her dad and calls him a horrible father, even though he is very fatherly, gentle and kind to her in a daily basis. She also hates her step-mother who is also very motherly, supportive and helpful. Both expect a lot from her and are easy to please, but hard to satisfy. Wendi has many different types of clothing, all made from UV protected material so she doesn’t wind up getting any cancerous effects. She has shower clothes for when she had to wear them due to there being a sun window on the ceiling above the bath, swimwear consisting of a full clothing set with gloves and sock-like shoes, etc. At school, she was allowed to wear a specially made uniform similar to that of the boys uniform, but with a hood and UV ray protection. At the age of 10 she found that she had “grown” a lot quicker then other kids and found that lots of them had gone to either idolizing her as lucky, or resenting her out of envy/jealousy. At the age of 13, she had heard about people who take advantage of people in sexual ways around her school, along with increased bullying and harassment. Not wanting to have it done against others and wanting to do something about it, she got her phone, snuck over to something that was happening, snapped a photo and immediately informed both faculty members and police about the situation.Seeing the person then apprehended and stopped pleased her, so she continued onwards with this, buying a limited about of bugs and cameras to place about her in order to catch people. She continued this for the rest of that year and by the end of it, she had many of the more, rebellious students, male and female, suspended, detentioned, or even expelled. After that during her summer break, Wendi bought a book and took some online classes about cameras, spying, bugs, and how to build them step by step since she didn’t have the money to just buy these things off the market. By the end of the summer, she had built 16 hand-sized bugs and 3 CCTV cameras, all hooked up to her phone and computer. After which, she placed these devices amongst the school in hotspots that were common place for misbehaviour. She even placed a bug in the teachers lounge. By the end of her middle school year, she had doubled the amount of students she had caught misbehaving and even 5 teachers and 3 janitors who were then promptly fired By the time she had gone into high school, she had made 30 fingertip sized bugs and 15 CCTV cameras, all hooked up to her phone and laptop and scattered throughout the school. By the first semester, she had quadrupled the amount of students caught and doubled the amount of teachers and janitors. Even catching some other people who weren’t even part of the faculty staff. One of these students were Wendi’s best friend who she then ridiculed and resented, finding anyone who was perverted or rebellious, less then human or degenerates. Some students dropped out of school at that first semester and took her name with them to other schools where her name was then spread throughout the country as being either feared, hated or praised. By the end of her first year, many other school districts had adopted her way of finding trouble. Some students brought her to court cases involving false information about her, but all of it was either dropped or beaten due to the evidence Wendi has on them. Even the government took notice on her and decided to test her on her abilities by giving her the task to have the most dangerous school in the country become safer, even offering her a job when she graduates and even offering to pay for her schooling if she succeeds in it. She accepted it and after that very same year, she had made that school one of the safest schools in the country.
